Eleven young people with different disabilities completed the program under personal mentoring of volunteers from DELL employees. They got the chance to see how different departments are working, got lessons from business English and also help from HR department according to their curriculas and presentation skills. At least 2 of the participants will get the job or internship in DELL.

We have attended the Closing ceremony of Educational and Development Program for People with Disabilitiesin DELL (26. may 2017). Recently we are planning how to continue in this program and increase the competencies and perspectives of employment for young people with disabilities.

EPIC is looking forward to future cooperation with DELL and is working on developing more joined programs with different employers.
